Nittu Thomas is the Chief Operating Officer for Applexus. In his role, Nittu will have oversight of all Applexus business including strategy, operations, M&A and finance. Nittu brings to Applexus more than 18 years of leadership experience in technology, consulting, products and business process services. Known as a thought leader, transformational change agent and a trusted advisor to client CXOs, he has delivered exceptional growth and business outcomes.

Sam Mathew is Founder and CEO at Applexus Technologies. Across industry, Sam is a recognized transformational leader whose  customer-focused approach helped him build and scale the company’s business successfully. Sam is particularly focused on Applexus' exemplary work culture. Since 2005, Applexus is known for its dedicated and talented people who create innovative ways of providing value to its global clients.

Sreeranjani Gangadharan is a Product Manager at Applexus with experience in product management, brand strategy, SAP, and software development. Previously, she was part of GlaxoSmithKline’s Future Leadership Program, driving sales strategies, market research, and digital learning enhancements. She also has experience in SAP development at Cognizant. Sreeranjani holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a B.Tech from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. Originally from Thiruvananthapuram, she now lives in Chennai with her husband and enjoys playing the veena, badminton, and reading. 

Joolynn Tan is the Senior Manager – Analytics at Applexus Canada, bringing 13 years of experience in analytics and reporting. She has expertise in SAP and Google Cloud Platforms, having led analytics initiatives at The Home Depot, rolling out technology solutions, and managing global support teams across SAP BW, Fiori, UI5, BOBJ, and Tableau. Based in Toronto, she lives with her family and their dog and enjoys swimming, building LEGO sets with her son, and watching movies and TV series.

Alex Bennett is the OCM Lead at Applexus with 25+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, training, and process transformation. He has worked globally across industries, specializing in SAP implementations and CPG change management. His experience spans New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and North America. Prior to Applexus, he was the Principal Solutions Architect – Training & Adoption COE at SAP America. Originally from South Carolina, Alex is known for seamlessly integrating into diverse cultures and driving project success.

Jagannathan Varadadesikan is the AVP – Data & Analytics at Applexus, bringing 20+ years of expertise in consulting, cloud data platforms, and analytics strategy. He specializes in data architecture, migration strategy, and large-scale analytics implementations across AWS and GCP. Previously, he was the Head of Data & Analytics Consulting at Tech Mahindra. Jagannathan holds an M.S. in Software Systems from BITS Pilani and resides in Chennai. A passionate sports enthusiast, he enjoys reading and staying active. 

Arun Bhaskaran Nair is a Principal Consultant at Applexus with over 16 years of experience in SAP technical and functional domains. He specializes in data migration, governance, and information management, providing market-transforming solutions across industries. His expertise spans data assessment, quality, profiling, visualization, analytics, and big data, with a strong ability to collaborate across IT and business functions.

Kiran Gasmar is an SAP CAR Solution Architect at Applexus with over 11 years of experience in SAP NetWeaver solutions, architecture, and integration. He specializes in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), Fiori app implementation, SAPUI5, and native HANA development, with expertise in performance optimization and report development. Kiran has a strong background in SAP methodologies, including ASAP, RDS, and SAP Activate, and has led teams while mentoring junior resources. His expertise spans ABAP, HANA, Fiori, Web Dynpro, and SAP Screen Personas.

Bilal Athar is a Delivery Partner at Applexus with over 22 years of experience in consulting, project delivery, and business process design across Oil & Gas, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Retail. He specializes in SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformations, having led eight full life-cycle implementations and 13 end-to-end rollouts. Bilal has extensive expertise in SAP solutions architecture, finance, tax compliance, and third-party integrations, managing large-scale transformation programs from blueprint to stabilization.
