Smooth tracking of Import and Export Letter of Credit details helped us to know the utilization accurately and made our Trade Finance process very easy. nEXIM also helped us to ensure a good relationship with banks, government bodies and customers enabling us to share proactive e-mail notifications regarding the LC and BG expiry date, value, bank limit and payment due date, etc.; thereby posing ourselves more cost-efficient within the Trade Finance. Export/Domestic sales-related pre-shipment LC-Checklist release through email to all concerns departments (Exim, SCM, Commercial & Billing) to follow LC terms & conditions and support to submit LC documents on time in Bank. The in-transit shipment module of nEXIM helped us a lot to track the materials in transit and plan our product activities better accordingly. Our Export Documentation and License Management were also automated by nEXIM and it ensured proper utilization of the licenses we have.
