Aji Abraham Daniel is the Vice President–Finance at Applexus. He is based out of the Trivandrum office and heading the Finance Operations of the group. Aji has over 17 years of industry work experience and about 5 years experience in the area of Auditing.

Smitha Sajo is the Vice President & Global Head-HR & Operations for Applexus where she leads the global HR and Operations teams providing leadership direction. Her role entitles responsibilities from managing employee matters, hiring professional and technical staff, formulation and implementation of process and policies to performance evaluation.

George Varkey is Vice President-Staffing and Professional Services at Applexus. He manages the staff augmentation and client management business at Applexus. George has been responsible for the top producing accounts at Applexus for over 7 years. Before joining Applexus, he held sales & account management positions in the Aerospace industry.

Keith Davidson has been an integral part of the Absoft team since 2010, contributing his expertise across a wide range of client-facing and corporate services roles. With over 14 years of dedicated service to the company, Keith has played a crucial role in driving continuous improvements across many business areas. Throughout his tenure, Keith has held senior positions in key departments like operations, sales, and human resources. Beyond his role as a director, Keith is also passionate about community and social impact.

Allan Weiss, our VP and Strategic Executive Advisor, brings 26 years of SAP experience and a proven track record of success to our team. His extensive product knowledge and leadership skills are invaluable in customer-facing meetings. Allan's impactful roles at SAP, starting in 1998, include positions such as Retail Application Consultant, VP of Retail/Fashion Delivery, and his most recent role as VP of North America Head of Preferred Success. Before SAP, Allan spent 20 years in the retail industry, holding various managerial positions.
