Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and rollout projects.
• Drive discovery sessions, design workshops, and project planning.
• Provide expertise across core Finance processes: AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking (DMEEX), Taxation, New GL, Profit Center Accounting, Parallel Ledgers, and Intercompany.
• Strong experience in FI–MM and FI–SD integrations.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and data migration for FICO projects.
• Knowledge of Margin Analysis and Product Costing.

We’re seeking a Consulting Lead-Databricks with strong experience in Databricks, Python, and PySpark, along with hands-on knowledge of Unity Catalog (UC) and Lakehouse architecture. In this role, you’ll design and optimize large-scale data pipelines, implement robust governance and security through UC, and build scalable solutions in a modern cloud data environment.

High Level Job description  

• 5 to 10 years of strong experience in SAP MDG. 

• Should have worked on Implementation projects involving SAP MDG Solution for either of the following: Customer, Vendor, Material, Financial masters etc. 

• Working with SAP functional consultants analyzing data Governance requirements  

• Support the Functional Consultant during business process discussions with customer.

• Lead the technical vision and roadmap for the AI CoE, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Architect and oversee the implementation of complex AI/ML solutions including Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, Computer Vision, and NLP applications
• Drive innovation by identifying and evaluating emerging AI technologies and methodologies for potential adoption

Skills Qualification and Experience

• Expertise in Reports, Interface, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEFW).
• Advanced skills in ABAP development, including BADI (Business Add-In), IDOC (Intermediate Document) Extensions, ABAP Objects, and BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface).
• Take ownership of development projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience leading complex BW projects with a strong background in BW modeling, extraction, and reporting.
• Domain Expertise In-depth knowledge across various SAP modules including HR, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, CS, and FI

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP security.​
• At least 1 or 2 full life cycle implementations experience in SAP suite of applications, with strong knowledge in Security. (Fiori layer, App layer and HANA DB layer security)​
• Extensive Experience with SAP Security Authorization
• Experience with GRC Access Control
• S4-HANA – Fiori access matrix setup- troubleshooting /IWFND related transactions, Conversion of ECC roles to S4 HANA roles.

Skills Qualification and Experience

• Experience working in at least 2 end-to-end implementation and ODATA
• Strong experience working in Reports, Interface, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms.
• Expert on Advance ABAP BADI (Business Add-In), IDOC (Intermediate Document) Extensions, ABAP Objects, BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface).
• Should be able to own and complete the developments in the timeline.
