We are seeking a Client Partner to own and grow strategic relationships with Oil & Gas and Energy companies across Texas, acting as the business owner for assigned enterprise accounts. This role is accountable for account strategy, revenue growth, and P&L ownership, with a focus on delivering SAP-led enterprise transformation, enterprise data platforms, cloud, and AI solutions across upstream, midstream, downstream, chemicals, and energy services organizations.
Key Responsibilities

Own executive relationships and drive growth across Oil & Gas and Energy enterprise accounts across Texas

Develop and execute account strategies aligned to enterprise application modernization, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP industry solutions, and enterprise data platforms, cloud, and AI initiatives

Drive account expansion through pipeline development across SAP platforms, enterprise applications, data platforms, analytics, and AI

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale transformation programs, including ERP modernization, SAP migrations, enterprise data platforms, and advanced analytics

Oversee delivery governance, revenue forecasting, and P&L performance

Represent Applexus in senior client meetings and industry events
Qualifications

Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts within Oil & Gas or Energy, preferably with Texas-based operators, midstream companies, refiners, chemicals, or energy services firms

Strong background in enterprise applications, with experience delivering large-scale transformation programs; SAP experience is preferred

Experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud migration, analytics, and AI supporting operational and financial use cases

Demonstrated success in consultative selling and expanding strategic accounts

Ability to engage senior business and technology leaders (CIO, CTO, CDO, VP IT, VP Digital, Operations Leadership)
