Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and rollout projects.
- Drive discovery sessions, design workshops, and project planning.
- Provide expertise across core Finance processes: AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking (DMEEX), Taxation, New GL, Profit Center Accounting, Parallel Ledgers, and Intercompany.
- Strong experience in FI–MM and FI–SD integrations.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and data migration for FICO projects.
- Knowledge of Margin Analysis and Product Costing.
- Collaborate with technical teams, create functional specs, and oversee testing (SIT/UAT).
- Work with third-party integrations and ensure robust solution delivery.
- Support pre-sales with solution design, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Prepare project documentation and deliver key user training.
- Apply SAP Activate methodology and stay updated on S/4HANA and cloud innovations.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of SAP consulting experience, with strong S/4HANA Finance background.
- Proven experience leading medium to large Finance transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
